General Information for Prospective Dealers

  • Qualification: We give wholesale pricing to dealers who provide us with their state sales tax identification number and federal employer identification number.
  • Prices: Please register for access to obtain the most recent price list on our website.Our current price list is dated June 1, 2004.
  • Terms: All orders must be pre-paid using one of the following payment options:
    • Visa
    • MasterCard
    • American Express Card
    • Company Check
    • Money Order
  • Shipment Methods/Payment: We ship orders using the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Airborne Express (DHL) or Federal Express (Fed Ex). Shipping costs are pre-paid with the rest of the order.
  • Minimum Order Amount: None
  • Quantity Discounts: Will be given for orders of at least 100 wholesale copies of a single title. Please write to us by email for a quote at these quantities.
  • Returns: Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged merchandise, which will be replaced when possible with identical material. In the unlikely event that we cannot replace damaged or defective merchandise, we will issue a refund for the amount of the damaged or defective items only. Please contact us before returning any item. We are sorry, but unsold stock may not be returned for credit.
